THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE THIS DAY

BETWEEN

( Hereafter referred to as the "THE AUTHOR" and which expression shall where the context admits includes his/her heirs, assigns, legal representatives and successors-in title) of the one part.

AND DYNET TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED
(Hereinafter referred to as the "MARKETER" and which expression shall where the context admits includes her heirs assigns legal representatives and successors-in title of the other part;

1. BACKGROUND

The Author is the copyright owner of the Book(s)/ Book Chapter(s)/Journal Article(s) etc. with the following title(s), corresponding ISBN Number(s) and Publishers:

2. The marketer runs and/or operates an online marketing Platform at the following address, www.afrithings.net

3. Pursuant to paragraph (2) above, the aim and objectives of the online marketing Platform, www.afrithings.net is offer a platform in which literary works of authors within and outside Nigeria can be sold and in line with the terms and conditions hereafter stated.

4. The Author is desirous of digitizing his/her Book(s)/Book Chapter(s)/Journal Article(s) with title stated in Paragraph (1) and create soft copies to be sold on the online marketing Platform of the marketer, www.afrithings.net

1. The marketer agrees to market the literary work(s) of the author on the online marketing Platform and/website, www.afrithings.net for the purpose of selling the said literary work(s) to researchers and other interested members of the public. 

2. The Book(s) will be sold on the online marketing Platform at the following cost per book. (All Book Chapter(s)/Journal Article(s) defaults to N500 or $1.5, unless otherwise stated by the author).

3. Both parties to this agreement agree that the marketer should receive payment for the book and therefore transmit such percentage to the Author in the manner hereinafter stated in the sub paragraphs of the paragraph. 

       (a) The Author is entitled to 70% from the sales of the book
• (b) The Marketer is entitled to 30% from the sales of the book

4.  Where the item(s) are in hard copies, the Author gives the marketer consent and right to digitize and/or reproduce his/her Book(s)/Book Chapter(s)/Journal Article(s), the subject matter of this agreement, on the online marketing Platform/Website of the marketer and in the manner provided herein. 

5. The marketer shall not digitize, market, transmit, reproduce or sell the book(s) digitized in any other online marketing Platform other than on www.afrithings.net. 

6. The marketer shall not market, digitize, transmit, reproduce or sell the book(s) other than as provided for in this agreement.
