Abstract
The achievement of the general objectives of Science Education and the quality of presentation of an Integrated Science Teachers Education Programme as perceived by the course participants was evaluated. Two null hypotheses involving these two parameters were tested. The subjects responded to a questionnaire consisting of five-point Likert scales on achievement of objectives and quality of presentation. The students responses were converted into scores. A t-test analysis of the responses on the course objectives were rated as being significantly achieved above 3.5, the lower limit of achievement on a scale of I to 5 at a = .05. The students rated positive qualities high and negative ones low. There was a significant difference between the mean positive and negative qualities for each of the ten pairs involved. Implication for the use of the instruments in the study for evaluating Integrated Science Teacher Education programmes were made.
