Influence of Educational Technology on Nutrition at Sixty by Ekaete U. I. Etuk

The tribute in this festival of scholarly writings is to celebrate the sixtieth birthday anniversary of our first female Vice-Chancellor in the University of Uyo, Professor (Mrs.) Comfort Memfin Ekpo. Indeed she is also celebrated as the first female Professor of Educational Technology in the same University. With this double role, she has advanced learning through the provision of computers (and) training, thereby highlighting the gains of educational technology in the remarkable production of many of the first crop of female Professors and Administrative Directors as well as Registrar-cadre female staff in the ivory tower.
