Chapter three examines the Anatomy and Limits of Major International Human Rights Instruments Applicable in Nigeria. After examining the instruments, it makes the point that despite the adoption of the instruments by Nigeria, human rights abuses still prevail. It advocates observance and enforcement of the provisions of the instruments.
